Your first consultation is a deep dive into your health history, current concerns, and overall well-being. This is your time to share your story in a safe and relaxed environment.
During this session, I’ll gather detailed information about your symptoms, medical history, lifestyle, and emotional health. Together, we’ll create a clear picture of your unique needs.
After your appointment, I’ll look through my notes taken during our session, and carefully select the most appropriate remedies for you. These will be either given to you right after your session, or will be left at the clinic at a secure location, so you can pick them up a day or two later.
You’ll receive clear instructions on how and when to take your remedies, along with tips for supporting your healing process.
Healing with homeopathy is a process. Follow-ups are typically scheduled every 4-8 weeks to assess your progress, adjust remedies if needed, and address any new concerns.
These sessions allow us to track your response, refine your treatment, and ensure your healing journey stays on track.

You can jot down any key details, including medical history, recent treatments, and lifestyle factors.
After your first session, you may feel a sense of relief or even tiredness - it’s normal to feel emotional after sharing your story in detail. Take time to rest, drink water, and be kind to yourself.
Once your remedies arrive, follow the instructions provided, and notice how your body responds. You’re welcome to email me with questions or schedule an acute session for any urgent concerns.
Healing takes time, and every person’s journey is different. Some clients notice changes quickly, while others may experience more gradual shifts. As we work together, I’ll ensure you feel supported and empowered to move toward lasting health and well-being.
If you’re booking for your child, the session will be tailored to their age and communication style.
Young children (0-6 years): They don’t need to attend the entire session. I’ll primarily speak with you as the parent or guardian to gather relevant information, but it’s helpful if your child is present for a short time so I can observe their behaviour, energy, and temperament.
Older children (7+ years): If your child can communicate, I’ll ask them age-appropriate questions about how they feel and what they experience.
Teenagers: For teens, I’ll direct most of the conversation to them while involving you when needed (e.g., early childhood history). If your teen prefers to attend alone, please email me in advance to discuss this option.
The goal is always to create a supportive, relaxed environment where your child feels comfortable and heard.
