I support people with mold, mycotoxin and biotoxin-related illness who feel sensitive, overwhelmed, or stuck, and who need a calmer, more individualised way forward.
What are mycotoxins?
Mycotoxins are toxins produced by mold. They are the primary drivers of illness in water-damaged buildings. Common examples include ochratoxin, aflatoxins, gliotoxin and trichothecenes, and these are the compounds measured most often in urine mycotoxin tests. Most people experiencing mold toxicity, mold illness or CIRS are reacting to mycotoxins.

What are biotoxins?
Biotoxins are harmful compounds produced by living organisms. People often use ‘biotoxin illness’ as an umbrella term that includes mold-related toxins, as well as inflammatory illness driven by chronic infections (such as tick-borne infections) and other biological exposures. While this page is focusing on the treatment mold-induced symptoms, it's important to mention that there are people who suffer from an exposure to other biotoxins too - and that homeopathy can also help them.
Whether you have only just discovered that mold toxicity might be contributing to your symptoms, tried to detox on your own with little success, or have already been working with other practitioners and feel you have only made partial progress, I’m here to help you navigate the often overwhelming landscape of mold illness.
Many people find their way to me after months or years of feeling unwell without answers, or after trying detox protocols that helped a little, helped inconsistently, or made things worse.
In mold-related illness, detox pathways can be so overwhelmed that mycotoxin tests can become inconsistent, supplements or binders can trigger reactions, and well-intended detox protocols can backfire. You may have tried binders, antifungals, supplements, sauna sessions or structured detox plans and noticed only temporary relief, unpredictable shifts, or no lasting improvement. Some people feel worse the harder they try.
Mold illness has a way of creating symptoms that feel confusing, erratic or disproportionate to what seems reasonable. These are precisely the kinds of patterns that homeopathy pays close attention to: the patterns that get overlooked when treatment is focused only on the biochemical layer.

Mould illness is driven by biochemical exposures, but the symptoms people experience are not caused by toxins alone. They arise from the way the body responds to those toxins over time. Chronic exposure can alter immune signalling, nervous system regulation, stress responses, sleep-wake rhythms and detox capacity. When these patterns become compromised, removing toxins or trying to bind them biochemically does not automatically restore balance; and in some cases can make symptoms worse.
Homeopathy works at the level of these underlying response patterns rather than directly targeting toxins. As regulation improves, the body’s ability to process and clear biochemical burdens can shift as a downstream effect. This is why some people make more progress by restoring regulation first, and addressing detox only once their body (and mind) are able to tolerate it.
For many people, mold is not an isolated burden. It often exists alongside parasites, heavy metals, EMF sensitivity, Lyme and co-infections, gut imbalance, long-term stress and trauma patterns. These layers interact in complex ways, and no single protocol - even a good one - can fully address that. Healing mold illness requires an approach that respects complexity while reducing overwhelm, rather than adding to it. Homeopathy is one of the few modalities that can do this gently, individually and without biochemical force. When the body is ready, gentle binders, herbs or antifungals can then support the process.
In a world full of detox kits and protocol-based treatments, it can feel like you should be able to manage this on your own. It’s becoming more common to see pre-made homeopathic blends marketed for mold and biotoxin illness online. They may offer general support, but they can’t replace individualised prescribing - and for sensitive people, ‘more’ isn’t always better.
Individualised homeopathy offers clearer signals - one or a few remedies chosen for your specific patterns, not a generic mix meant to cover every possibility. Well-matched remedies help the body regulate in a way that broad-spectrum mixes or detox kits simply cannot. They can also support emotional health and the trauma element of mold toxicity, something that mixes and protocols often completely forget about.

Hiring a homeopath isn’t paying for access to remedies. Remedies are inexpensive, widely available, and homeopaths do not receive commission from your purchases. You are paying for someone who can read your patterns accurately, pace treatment safely, avoid unnecessary aggravations, and guide you through a complex, layered process in a way your body and mind can genuinely tolerate. This approach is not designed for people looking for fast, aggressive detox or a fixed protocol to follow independently. It’s for those who need treatment to move at the pace their system can manage.

I don’t follow rigid detox protocols or one-size-fits-all sequences. Healing unfolds differently for every person. Some people begin with a single remedy that results in more clarity and self-regulation. Others need constitutional support, organ support or nervous-system work before any detox can begin. Some benefit from gentle binders or herbs early on; others need to wait until their system is ready.
We follow what your system can handle. We build capacity first, detox later. The body is never forced into processing more than it can safely manage. At no point are you asked to push through reactions or override your body's signals. Instead, we look for the combination of homeopathy, pacing, environmental changes and gentle naturopathic support that allows progress without collapse, overstimulation or fear.
I am a qualified homeopath (after 4 years of classical homeopathic training in the UK), and homeopathy is the primary system I work with. Alongside this, I have additional training and clinical experience in naturopathic approaches commonly used in mold and biotoxin illness, including dietary support, gentle binders, bitters, herbs, supplements and detox support. I use these where appropriate, but I don’t practise protocol-based functional medicine or follow fixed detox frameworks. Homeopathy remains the foundation of my work because, in many cases, it is enough on its own.
Yes, when they are genuinely helpful and tolerated. Some people benefit from gentle naturopathic support alongside homeopathy at certain stages of mold-related illness. Others do best without them, particularly if they are highly sensitive or reactive. I don’t add supplements or binders by default; I assess whether they are appropriate for you at that point in time.
Not necessarily. If what you are taking is helping and you are tolerating it well, we can usually continue. If it’s causing increased symptoms (such as anxiety, sleep disruption, constipation, flares, or a general sense of being worse) we may adjust, reduce, pause, or change approach. The aim is not to push detox, but to support recovery without overwhelming you.
Yes. Many clients work with me alongside other practitioners. Homeopathy often complements biochemical approaches well, particularly when symptoms are complex, nervous-system-led, or emotionally layered. I don’t require you to stop other treatments in order to work with me.
My work in this area is informed by years of clinical practice with chronic and complex cases, additional training in mold-related and environmentally triggered illness, extensive experience working with sensitive and reactive nervous systems, and my own lived experience of mold illness. I work regularly with people who have tried detox protocols, supplements, or functional approaches with limited or inconsistent results, and who need a gentler, more individualised way forward.
Yes, with realistic expectations. Reducing exposure is always important, but homeopathy can still help support sleep, mood, resilience, reactivity and overall regulation while you navigate housing or workplace challenges. In these situations, the focus is usually on stabilising rather than aggressive detox.
No. If you already have test results - mycotoxin tests, stool tests, bloodwork, HTMA, Lyme or co-infection panels, or environmental test results - you are welcome to share them. They can be useful! However, testing is not required. Many people test negative despite clear mold-related symptoms, particularly when detox pathways are blocked or exposure is ongoing. Treatment decisions are not based on test results alone.
This varies. Some people notice early changes (often in sleep, emotional regulation or reactivity) within weeks. Longer-standing or more complex cases usually take time and benefit from ongoing support. Recovery from mold-related illness is rarely linear, and progress often comes in phases.
Rather than promising a cure, I focus on helping the body recover in a way that is sustainable and tolerable. For many people, this leads to long-term improvement - particularly when treatment is paced appropriately and exposure is addressed.
Not always. Some people recover well using homeopathy as the main form of support. Others benefit from additional tools at certain stages. We decide this based on your presentation, sensitivity and response to treatment, not on a fixed model.
No. You don’t need to “believe” in homeopathy to work with me. Curiosity and openness are enough. Many people choose to try it after other approaches haven’t fully helped.
