Refund Policy

Please note that once purchased, all packages, plans, programs and subscriptions are non-refundable.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy (for Appointments within a Packages/Plans/Subscriptions)

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please do so with at least 48 hours’ notice. Late cancellations (within 48 hours) can only be refunded if someone else books your slot.
