Whether you are exploring homeopathy for the first time or already working with me, this series is an opportunity to understand more about the approach, ask better-informed questions and make sense of unfamiliar terminology.
These sessions grew out of conversations with clients and members of mold and PANS/PANDAS facebook communities. Different methods, conflicting explanations and terms such as 'aggravation' or 'miasms' can leave people feeling confused. I would like to make these conversations more accessible.
My training was in classical homeopathy, but I draw on different homeopathic methods in my practice. I will share my perspective, explain the thinking behind these approaches and unpack some common myths.

Aiming for simplicity
Before training in homeopathy and holistic practice, I completed a degree in philosophy. That background helped me engage with homeopathic concepts easily, but I know that abstract explanations aren’t everyone’s preferred way of learning - especially when you feel overwhelmed by health concern, brainfog and/or caring for a complex child. The best teachers I have had could make complex ideas understandable without losing details were important. Learning to do that takes time, and it’s something I continue to work on. That’s the spirit of this series: taking the time to explain things as simply as possible, without oversimplifying them.
Topics covered
- Homeopathy and naturopathy: what’s the difference?
- Hahnemannian, classical and non-classical approaches
- Acute and chronic prescribing
- Remedy reactions as described in homeopathic philosophy, from Kent to today
- Questions that arise when you feel better, worse or much the same after a remedy
- What to observe and communicate when changes are confusing or unwanted
- 'Obstacles to cure', 'maintaining causes', 'miasms' and the wider context beyond a prescription
For existing clients, the series offers time to explore ideas we may only touch on during consultations and email correspondence. For newcomers, it provides an introduction without assuming previous knowledge.
28 October, 4 November, 11 November and 25 November 2026
All sessions begin at 2:45 pm UK time (GMT)
Recordings will be available to everyone who signs up. You can explore the individual sessions and book below.
